The processing temperature should be frost-free: +5 to +25 °C
Creating level and alignment. Establishing elevation measurements.
The substrate must have a minimum slope of 2 - 3% to ensure optimal horizontal drainage.
On the backside of the panel, apply VIA panel adhesive as a contact layer.
Drainage mats are rolled out onto the existing, stable surface.
To achieve a sufficient bond between the pavement panel and single-grain mortar, apply a contact layer of VIA panel adhesive on the back of the panel.
The single-grain mortar layer must reach a minimum thickness of 4 - 8.5 cm, depending on the substrate, to effectively prevent capillary water rise.
The mixing time for the drainage mortar is approx. 5 minutes.
The VIA pavement panels are installed with minimal spacing between them, firmly tapped into place, and checked for evenness.
